Purpose of the machine:

• Bed shaper – mulch foil laying machine BEFO is machine that simultaneously forma bed by gathering previously prepared (grained) soil and lay plastic, biodegradable of cellulosic foil at the same time

Working principle:

1. Front shares of the bed forming section gather properly prepared, loose, soil and forms the bed, lateral shares gathers soil and central shares fills the middle of bed
2. Soil containment sides of the bed forming section set up soil gathered by the front shares
3. Pressing roller of the bed forming section compact soil and forms top of the bed
4. Front ridger of the foil laying section digs canal in which edges of foil is placed
5. Film pressing wheel of the foil laying section stretch, position and presses foil in previously digged canals
6. Back ridger of the foil laying section put the soil on edges of foil

Versions of the machine:

1. Bed shaping – foil laying machine BSML9015 – intended for single season plants
2. Bed shaping – foil laying machine BSML9030 – intended for multi seasonal plants
3. Bed shaping – foil laying machine BSML12015 – intended for plants that have smaller upper (vegetative) part of the plant, where there is possibility of planting plants on bed in more than 2 rows
